Aska Yoshizu is the founder/owner of Lotus Seeds Therapy in Los Altos, CA. Through her own transformation, she has come to realize that yoga including meditation, massage, and Reiki are powerful tools to allow us to re-connect with our own self-healing ability. To assist people’s self-healing process of their body, mind, and spirit, she founded Lotus Seeds Therapy in 2008.
