THE GIFT OF TOUCH vol.2 (Prone sequence)
Thai Yoga Massage Workshop at Blue Iris Studio

Thai Massage is often called Thai Yoga M assage or Lazy Man's Yoga because some of the physical positioning of Thai Massage resembles yoga poses. The receiver also gets nice stretch as they receive the massage. Unlike most Western style massage, such as Swedish massage, Thai Massage is done on the floor without any lotion or oil while the receiver stays fully clothed. These unique qualities of Thai Massage make it easy for us to give or receive massage in the comfort of our own home.

In this 3-hours workshop you will learn a simple series of Thai massage, so that you may give your loved ones a "Gift of Touch” whenever they could use some physical and emotional relaxation. Please come in comfortable clothes as if you go to a yoga class. You may come with or without a partner.

To those who joined the 1st "the gift of touch" workshop: we will cover different sequences while the receiver in prone(on their belly) this time.
